A remote partnership designed for those who need a structured, expert-led plan. I create your programming based on your specific goals and lifestyle, monitoring your progress through weekly video check-ins. We adjust your protocols in real-time via WhatsApp to ensure your training stays effective as your body evolves.

Sessions
Expert-led training in a shared environment.
Live virtual classes twice per week, designed specifically for the female body. These sessions combine the energy of a group with the rigor of my training method. It’s a space to build strength and consistency through functional movements, supported by a community of women with the same focus.

In-person
1-on-1 Coaching
Private coaching focused on technical execution.
In-person sessions at your home or a selected gym, where I can focus entirely on your form and biomechanics. This allows for immediate adjustments and a training pace perfectly adapted to your energy and physiological state. It is the most direct way to apply my method with maximum precision.
